Yolanda is the co-author of “Gutsy Tales off the Rails” an anthology based on a performance by nine storytellers sharing their stories of overcoming adversity and the co-author of "Propel: The Essential Handbook for Emerging Women in Business and Leadership."

She hosts and facilitates energizing, interactive, thought-provoking workshops and empowering restorative retreats. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Development, a Master’s degree in Human Relations Relations and certified as a Professional Life Coach through P4 Coaching Institute—an ICF accredited program.
